      I have reached out to Johnson Mark LLC several times trying to get documentation that they are no longer servicing this account. I contacted The Justice of The Peace Precinct 1, the Court and County in which this complaint was filed.I was told to contact Johnson Mark LLC and ask them to forward to the courts a release of judgement since they can no longer collect on the debt. They are still refusing to follow the court's request to forward a release of judgement. The company (****'s) has gone out of business. All of the numbers given to me are no longer working numbers. I am asking Johnson Mark to issue a statement verifying they have in fact closed this account. and to send the appropriate papers to ********************, Precinct 1 immediately.

      I recently paid off a debt of $1275.54 to JM Law, due to a website error the amount was debited twice from my bank account. I have been dealing with this for over a month trying to get a refund. They keep giving me the run around and I cannot get my refund. I need help! Please help me get my refund.

      These people keep calling robo call saying to call back threatened with lawsuit. I don't owe any money to anyone and I have never done business with this company. I've called back it's a robot. They're scammers not even real lawyers. They better stop

      Received message on landline to return call to Mark Johnson at ************ with NO indication why. Research indicates this is a debt collection enterprise while my wife and I have NO outstanding debt are both on social security, are disabled and I am a Veteran. This is either a scam or wrongful identification on their part.

      I am rejecting this response because: Having read complaint reviews regarding this firm I do not believe their response. I believe they were on a fishing expedition to gather personal information on myself, friends or relatives in keeping with their reputation. If my business had received such a BBB enquiry I would have personally called the other party to apologize. Any reputable company would.
