      They keep raising my water and sewer and **** ****, the company over charges me every month and its getting out of hand. The charges are ridiculous so that i pay more on my rent. I'm a single mother and there charging obscured prices from 60 to 165? This is not fair and over charging people to pay more on there rent? The company lies and tells me it is some other company ( third party) when the bill clearly states there name on the bill? I'm so frustrated that they are treating me like this it makes me regret moving and spending my hard earned money to this company while they keep lying to me.

      We, Academy Mortgage Corporation ("Academy")appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by ******* ****** (Consumer).  Academy believes the BBB directed the Consumer's complaint to Academy in error.  The subject of the Consumers complaint is about utility bills. However, please note that Academy has nothing to do with utility bills.  The BBB and Consumer should work together to redirect the complaint to the appropriate party.

      Based on the email thread below, *** is obligated to give back $255 application fee. These profound idiots placed me in an apartment that had the patio 15 feet from a doggie sand pit full of s*** They smartly refunded the move in cost, since I gave notification within 24 hours that I entered into and then rejected the apartment, but for good measure and punitive pride, these f****** morons said f*** you ****************, we will not refund your application fees? And this was after traveling across country from *******, **. I was actually excited about the apartment although not knowing it was 15 feet from a s*** pond, that I had FedExd a furniture piece to the apartment complex, which I had to come back later and pick up.       The individuals referenced in ****************** complaint are employed by ******************** Consultants, LLC, not Academy.  Academy does not have anything to do with apartments.
