      started March 2023 Orders delayed, credits item was not available August 2023 market ordered a sweatshirt shipping 1-2 weeks. On 8/15I ordered sunglasses in stock. end of August messaged given nonchalant answers told items can take 2-4 weeks prior text deleted Second text no response. Asked via live sale - ignored. ***** said to contact customer service. I was upset 1) other boutiques were receiving these items already shipped why SO (simply obsessed) was not getting items conversation with mamma corn asked for a refund past year completely different lack of customer services, lack of responses, lack of caring for customers that have been with them for YEARS excuse after excuse making it look like the vendors fault SO *** $78 dollars for item received an email receive % off sale items used wrong code. Told nothing could be done but cancel orders. There were limited stock of items so mamma corn said she could issue credit. It was $8 or $9. Was issued them she removed credit from my account. Those orders in stock printed over a week ago not shipped 10/4 placed. Below is amount pd with these situations but I have spent $1000 with this boutique owner says will do a live doesnt doesn't show all items at market says will doesnt. Drop ship items for $50 $60 when items are on amazon or ***** for fraction. This boutique as gone down hill and its sad. Orders that were cancelled they also show as fulfilled but are not.

      Im sorry to say I dont agree with this response. However, I expected this from you. you just refund me and not actually take care of the issue. I wish you the best in your future endeavors and may people actually realize what your business is about and how you rip people off. Again, poor business practice you issue a refund and make a statement not a good fit. At least you got one thing right youre not a good fit for the people who purchase from you all I hope is that you realize just how messed up this all has been for the past year and how you dont care one way or the other your loyal customers are leaving I was hoping you would do the right thing, but I guess thats too much to ask at this point best wishes youll need them.

      Order was placed on 8/19/2023 and items have not shipped. I was notified on 9/5 via email a store credit was given for an item in my order. If they do not have the item or it’s damaged, I should have been refunded. I emailed requesting the order be canceled as the main reason I placed an order to begin with was for the ring they canceled. I have sent mutiple emails requesting a refund for the item that was canceled and for the rest of order to be canceled and refund issued.

      They will not respond and I know they are seeing my emails as they went in and marked the order as shipped with tracking not even in the system yet.

      I would like the ordered cancelled and a refund. Please just cancel
      Like I have been asking. This is taking up too much time and could have been handled by now without this being done. I’m over it. Want a refund and to move on.

      I am rejecting this response because: yep it sure was wasn’t it? The label was created last night after emailing for 2 days asking for it to be canceled! I cannot believe the type of customer service you guys provide. You all must be extremely hard up for money. We are talking $87.48 that you can’t refund me because you canceled part of the order and haven’t touched it in 3 weeks? Ask for it to be canceled now all of a sudden it’s shipped? No order is not shipped! It’s ok, you see why now you have barely 300 on a live these days! Karma! She is a good one!

      Multiple monetary amounts several orders placed ***** on 1/11 never received item they stated around 7 weeks later item didn't come in due to vendor .not once was there an email from store. Reorder items on2/28 never shipped emailed company they said they were shipped but mine was not , and apologize really ************ credit. Again ordered something on3/15 item not processed . I just want my money back
