      I had issues with FCS over the years charging me excessive amount for my HOA fees and never fixing anything when I requested needed repairs on my townhome. I sent email back in December of *************************************************************************************** they would someone from ***** roofing call and say they needed to come out look at damaged siding only to be called off just like they did back ********************************************************************************************** my bedroom no one ever came out to inspect the possible damage inside my attic. I have payed a fortune in HOA fees over the years living in daybreak because of horrible home builders ****** homes and ****** homes who should have lost their licenses to build homes but because of good old boy club in state of **** and the lack laws to protect homeowners!

      I have several issues with FCS Management. 1. They violated two of our CC&Rs. Namely that all assessments were to be equal (yet each condo depending on size were required to pay different amounts) and that board members needed to approve any increase in the monthly fees. The board repeatedly told members of the community that they did not approve the increase of $94 in our monthly rate in 2023, yet FCS told us they did and went ahead with the increased amount. 2. I had a request in to fix my gutters. They were constantly leaking above my doors and one part was completely hanging off the wall. I was told they came and fixed it but nothing had changed. I submitted again. My neighbor said someone came to fix them. They improved a little with the leaks but not completely and the part hanging off the wall was not fixed. I again submitted and never heard anything back. 3. We had a pretty explosive annual meeting in 2023 and it had to end abruptly. However, then we heard nothing back for 3 weeks, despite never having completed the business of the meeting.

      Theyre changing regulations on where we can keep our trash and recycling bins on the property. We appropriately use the garage that we paid for for VEHICLES, and they state we cannot keep the bins outside. Wont answer on where they should be stored and Im sure theyll threaten fees. Going to the state to file a case as they have been charging us $150 a month for certain amenities that never are rendered and I have proof of just that!Charged for snow removal; Literally shovel our own driveways myself as its never been done for the two years weve lived here.Charged for lawn care; We have weeds that have grown higher than our knees that they dont care for. Proof of that.Charged for internet; We have our own hahah Have all my receipts.Get it together or Im going to make this a much larger issue for you all to deal with!

      I have had an issue with my backyard needing to be repaired due to their landscaper over watering my yard. It started last year of 2022 because Winter had come early. They said they would do it as soon as spring came. But because we had a wet spring they couldn't repair it. But now I have waited more than 5 weeks to handle this and have yet to get it. This over watering cause issues behind my fence effecting the neighbors yard. The yard company person ( owner of the company fixed their side and mentioned to my neighbor " this is not a big deal and I am just being DRAMATIC " Really how unprofessional. Would not work with either The *** who has not helped me in anyway or the landscapers

      I have sat on hold for over 45 minutes, Ive emailed, and Ive sat on their online chat for over 30 minutes to ask a question about my account and if my check made it to their office. But no one will answer! I need to know if they got my check because if they didnt I need to cancel it! This is a lot of money and no one is willing to answer their customer service lines to help me! I dont know what to do, I am so frustrated.

      Hello, We are sorry to hear you were not able to get a hold of anyone on Friday. We had a death on our customer service team and it affected our staffing that day. You can always look at your account balance on your homeowner portal at portal.hoaliving.com and pay your bill online as well since we do not take payments over the phone. If you send a check you would need to mail it to your payment processing center ******************************************** it does take ***** business days to process the payment once we receive it so it will not reflect instantly like paying on the portal does.
