      Had blue stakes come out to service our backyard for an excavation project. Started digging and found a pipe that was never marked and had no indicating information on it. It got cut and we found out shortly afterwards it was the internet line and now we are without internet. Called blue stakes, they pretty much said it was all our fault and we’d be 100% liable for it even though they didn’t even mark the line. Had to have them come out twice as the first time they did the ticket they didn’t even do half of it. Beyond ridiculous that they are trying to hold us liable for the fact they didn’t mark anything. They offered to come out and mark everything again but what would that do since the line was cut and they didn’t even mark it in the first place. Completely untrustworthy company and will avoid accountability for their own mistakes at all cost. Do not use them. We’ll probably have to pay to get the cable replaced because of their inability to do the job they say they do.
