    Contact began March 14th through their website to contact customer support. I said I had been double charged for my March wine shipment, one form each of my banks. (i had my original form of payment and also a backup card on file with them, each was charged) both accounts were charged 131.89, Bank of Commerce on 3/13/23 and Valley State Bank charged 131.89 on 3/14/2023.
    * DTCA replied that they only received one payment from me, and asked me to send proof of double charge. I had sent copies of my statements to them 3/27/23, 4/15/23, 6/22/23.
    * I did receive 1 wine shipment for March, but was charged twice.
    * 5/18/23 I received word that a request was made to issue me a refund.
    * 6/13/23 I sent email saying I had not received my refund
    * 6/22/23 I received an email stating their bank said I was not charged 2 times.
    * 6/22/23 I responded that I did not agree with what they sent, it did not correlate with my orders and asked for proof . I also set them a copy of charges which showed the charges
    * Valley State charges for months- January, March and April
    * Bank of Commerce - Wine for months - February and March
    I received 4 shipments and charged 5 times
    * 7/21/23 I sent email telling them I will be filing a complaint with BBB 8/1/23 if this is not resolved.
    I said I would accept a refund or send me a shipment of wine.
    * I have been a member of this wine club since 2019

    THE COMPANY IS RFUSING TO REFUND ALL OF OUR MONEY AND REFUSING TO SEND US A PRE-PAID LABEL SO WE CAN SEND THE ITEMS BACK.
