      I have received 312 telemarketing calls from their call center in the past 85 days & they call up to 15 times a day. They use different numbers, including spoofing the caller ID on some of them. My # been on the FTC’s Do Not Call list since 09/2016. There is no one in this house of Medicare age & I am a 63 year old disabled veteran who has 100% free insurance through the VA for the rest of my life. I have ABSOLUTELY NEVER inquired about any sort of health insurance, or any other product or service where this number was given out. This also includes promotions, contests, & any other service or product. I have never opted-on or gave consent for any calls. Their call center has been told to stop calling since day one. They have also been told countless times there is no on here 65 or older, I’m on the Do Not Call list & to stop calling. Some of my own recorded calls even has the callers posing as being with & calling for Social Security, or even claiming to be “with the state of Georgia & calling in behalf of Medicare” (also recorded). In late October I got tired of the calls, so I decided to occasional play along with the callers. I caught them & the call was recorded, & also what happened when I called the number back. On Saturday, November 11, 2023 I received a call from ********** at 3:30EST, It was one of the hundreds of Medicare insurance cold caller w/ heavy India accents. This was the 309th call as 3 more came in shortly afterwards. After getting through the overseas call center, the call transferred to someone who identified himself as AUSTIN T*** of CLEAR LINK INSURANCE AGENCY, & he said he was a licensed insurance agent. This call was recorded, which is proof. They have been told 100s of times that I have full coverage thru the VA, no one in this house is of Medicare age, to stop calling & remove my number, & that I have been on the do not call list for over y years, only to respond with insults, threats, laugh, or just hang up.
