      I have signed up for a recurring shipment and billing of their product. In the past several months, I have tried to change that subscription. However, when I login it does not recognize my password. I then proceed to follow their instructions for a new password and it says it does not recognize my email although they contact me with that email address continuously telling me they are shipping my next product. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions only to reach a voicemail, I leave messages with no reply. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They have since contacted this merchant, but with no reply. I want my subscription canceled yet there is no way to get a hold of them to do so and it cannot be done through my credit card company They are abusing the subscription option to their advantage

      Hello,

      I spoke with the customer yesterday, November 15, 2023 on the phone and I believe her concerns have been alleviated.  She had called a couple weeks prior and left a message saying she was unable to reach us and wanted to cancel her subscription.  I called back that same day and left a voicemail letting her know that was the first correspondence we had received, and that I apologize if she tried to reach us prior to then without success, but that I monitor all voicemail and had not received a voicemail prior to the one she just left.  I then went in and immediately canceled her subscription per her request, and told her in my voicemail that I had done so.  In the phone conversation today, I confirmed with her that the subscription had been canceled, and as a courtesy, refunded her fully for the last shipment that went out.  She has my direct phone number and I said she can call me any time if she has any further questions or concerns.  I believe we have done all we can to satisfy this customer and consider the matter closed unless we hear again from her.
