    I have been trying to resolve an issue with the Energizer company for the Energizer 3-in-1 15W Wireless Charging Station - Black(323060) I purchased on 05/01/24. The product stopped working within 3 months of purchase, yet states that it has a year warranty. I had originally purchased this product at BJ's Wholesale club, and was informed by BJ's that I had to reach out to the manufacturer for any concerns. I've sent over 10 emails to customer support at Energizer (and it's Accessory Group) and have received no resolution. Instead, I've been asked multiple times to submit the same documentation (purchase dates, images of the product, model number, etc.) with no follow up discourse. I am now seeking the assistance of BBB in reaching this company and asking to be refunded the $29.99 paid for the product.

    I purchased Energizer AAA 24 pack last December. I used thrre batteries and came back to replace several other and a battery had leaked and contaninated the rest of the usable batteries. I disposed of the batteries exept the one that leaked and the package. I don't know how long these were on the shelf but they seemed to work fine. The copyright on the package is 2020 and they are guaranteed for 10 years. I think this fell short of that guarantee period.

    On November 11,2023 I bought a Refresh Your Car: Odor Elimination, Duel Scent in Refined Nights and Crisp Sunrise. I recently began using it and a couple days later on December 9, 2023, I notice it had eroded the plastic of my front panel under the the AC vent. I would like to be reimbursed the cost of the replacement part plus labor for installation, as I followed the directions and nowhere in warning does it describe the liquid as being so toxic that it could cause erosion. This level of toxicity should not be used in cars where people are meant to breath it in. If it can erode my plastic panel, just imagine what it’s doing to the lungs of individuals that use these.
    I emailed their customer service sharing "Proof of Purchase" and images of my SUV AC vent. While I was on long trip I observed this and I trashed the product immediately as I've kids inside the car at tha time.As the residue of leaked liquid is still in my car, I told them I can take the car for inspection wherever they want.

    Here's their response : Unfortunately, as we do not have the actual product involved in the incident, we are unable to conduct a full investigation
