    I placed an order on July 10, 2023 and never received it. I paid $77.

    I reviewed the complaint and was so sad to hear you had a bad experience. I am deeply sorry. I went and checked our customer service inbox and did not have any messages from you letting us know you were having trouble so we did not have a chance to assist you or fix your negative experience.


    I did some investigation and I found the purchase you referred to that you never received and I found the reason you never received it. When you purchased, your email was entered as **************** (notice the typo, yShoo instead of yahoo). This is why you never received anything. I'm so sorry for the confusion and had we known there was an issue, we would have happily fixed it right away.


    I will fix your account now and resend your product. You should receive it within the hour. If you do not, please email our customer service team at ************************ and I am more than happy to help.

     

    We have a new 30 day challenge beginning August 22nd and one beginning September 5th. Would either of these times work for you? We have challenges every 2 weeks if not so I can move your challenge to a later date if needed.
