      I purchased four items from Piper & Scoot's website on April 5, 2024 during there 10 year anniversary sale. Everything was 30% off. I purchased The Ronnie Basic Wide Leg pant in black stripe ($43.40), the Lenny basic top in black stripe ($40.60), the flockhart textured pant in dusty pink ($44.80), and the calista textured blouse in dusty pink ($36.40). The total purchase price was $172.09. I received an email on 4/13/24 explaining that the package of all 4 items was delivered. Upon opening the package, there were only 3/4 items. The Ronnie Basic Wide Leg pant was missing. I emailed the company to let them know. The person emailing me back explained that without proof of the packaging I they could not offer a refund. I had thrown away the mailer it was packaged in and had no way of getting it back to send proof of it. I understand it is difficult to prove that I did not receive the item. I would like to be refunded the money I spent or have the missing item replaced.

      Attached is a screenshot of the refund for the mentioned missing item from the customers' successfully delivered package.
