      I have property in Duchesne **** mini ranches first off they charge you a monthly fee just cause their pipe runs in front of your property I have no access to water as I have no water meter. Also my neighbors water meter was installed on my property now they expect me to pay to have it moved, paying fees but not using there services. WHAT A SCAM !
