    Quick turn around. Knowledgeable technician. No sales pressure. The pricing on the website was misleading (buried in fine print) about the rates during business hours. Just be wary when scheduling online

When scheduling online whether it's via android, iOS, or desktop we make sure people understand the service fees whether it's during or after business hours which pops up when you click the "schedule appointment now" link on our website via mobile or desktop. If it helps, this is what it says: "Thanks for Choosing Ninja Plumbing Heating and Air. Our Service Fee Mon-Fri 9am-5pm is $79. Outside of regular Business Hours or on Holidays $149. Our Current Tune up Special is just $69 each, we do not accept ******** outside of regular Business Hours. Please Choose a 4 HOUR window that fits your schedule best. If you do not see a time frame that fits your schedule please message or call us directly at ************! Once we receive your request. It will be reviewed and you will receive a text message confirming the availability shortly! Again, thank you so much for choosing Ninja Plumbing Heating and Air!", I hope this helps clarify!
