I first want to start off by saying the customer service is so good and so is the communication. I get married February 5th and have been so nervous about the ring arriving on time, I got the ring and when we got it, it was the wrong size.I spoke to ****** regarding the ring being to big and if we order another one it may not be back in time. He was nice enough to tell me to keep the ring until after the wedding and still shipped us the correct ring as well. Im happy that he was about to help me with this issue and get everything handled for me. Im so happy he trusted me enough to still ship us a new ring before receiving the other ring. I definitely highly recommend this family owned business the customer service is great and the quality of the rings are great.Tayloright, LLC

5 starsMy fianc ordered the size ring i measured.. unfortunately my hand must've been super swollen that day and it was too large. I emailed customer service about a return for a smaller one.
