    I purchased an American Express gift card on 4/8 and it was hacked 1 hour later and fraudulent purchase made from this company. I contacted company and they have provided me with name of purchaser of Villy d salley who is a scammer and they have not refunded me this money. They tell me someone will call me back and they don’t. I have all documentation to show I purchased card and did not place the order. Please help me asap. I don’t want to email card information because of rampant fraud.

    Please reopen my complaint ******** against del ray services. I didn’t receive email with response from company until today. They indicate they will refund me the charge. I will need information on how to get the refund from them. They ask for last 4 digits of card and in this case it was a gift card. They didn’t provide any further information on how to provide that info. I will accept the full refund. Please advise next steps including reopening case and assisting  with my receipt of refund.

    I was trying to pay my Siriu XM bill - renew accounts through the SiriusXM app. The phone number rolled over to this business. I was online. I thought I was speaking to a representative who said he was with Sirius Xm and he could renew the account. He had an accent. I gave him my debit card number, and he debited my account for $150.00. Then I saw the money didn't go to SiriusXM it went to this company. I tried calling them back, but could only leave a voicemail.
