We hired Flooring Simple in early April, we decided on LVP and carpet.
As requested we paid 80% of the LVP estimate on April 5th 2022 in the amount of $5,871.02
and 80% of the carpet estimate on April 6th in the amount of $1,323.00

Many issues with communication and quality of work as outlined in the attached forms. We are now left with damaged cabinets and trim from the contractors they sent to our home. The owner of Flooring Simple, Josh McMurtey has been to our home to assess the damage of the cabinets in which he suggested a cabinet pen.
I have many scratches and gouges on the front panel of my cabinets on my kitchen peninsula from the contractor using a saw to remove the existing hardwood flooring in order to lay the LVP.

The installer who did the quarter round trim, left nailheads sticking out and also split the trim itself. The owner did not comment on that but was sent pictures of that damage as well.
Josh informed me that he had sent the pictures of my damaged cabinets to both his cabinet contractors who suggested full panel replacement. He asked me for the cabinet manufacturer of my home which I was lucky to find since my home was built in 2007. On June 14th Josh text me to inform me he would call the cabinet manufacturer and get back to me, that is the last communication I have received from him however I have received invoices from the store asking for me to pay the rest.

I now have damage in my home not by my doing with no resolution and I can't seem to get any answers from this company. They need to fix what they damaged.
