      Very complimentary easy to talk to as long as you are speaking to English speaking person some of your **** have an accent usually Spanish and I can't understand them

      Very friendly staff. It feels like they are willing to help. But once you agree it feels rushed to sign all the paper work and while you can ask to have a day (or sometime) to look at what you are signing it feels rushed. It does not feel right.

      *** was great and immediate. Told us exactly what we needed to know about the financial company that would be handling our account, and how to respond to calls from creditors. Excellent job on their part.

      ******* was fantastic!! I had ************** close and cut my credit line in half for no reason when I was paying on time and paying usually double. It tanked my credit score. So if your score is down, you may as well do this now and get rid of the cards you don't want. I will never do business with ********* again. My credit score should be going up in about 6 months and saved around 17k in interest by them stopping the interest AND closing the rest of my accounts on my terms. Thanks so much!
