  Working with *** has been extremely positive. They're very transparent and informative about the process. From the fees to the negotiating, down to the expectations... it was all delivered in a sincere and heartfelt ***** that left me feeling I had a team of support made up of close friends and relatives willing to fight for me. No one wants a hit on your credit report, but only making minimum payments and not affecting your debt is way worse. Get into the program. Let them do what they do best, and in a short time you're out of debt, your credit is getting back on track and you'll be able to sleep at night.

  I had a great experience speaking with my account manager. They were extremely patient when answering all of my questions and very personable. We were able to find a solution quickly that worked for me and they were very transparent throughout the entirety of the process. 10/10

  ************************* is an amazing member of your team. She explained everything very thoroughly and stayed with me through the whole call. She was even kind enough to stay a little longer on the call than maybe she should have for me. And that is just great customer service right there! She continues to keep me sane if I feel like somethings wrong and she told me that she will be there for me for emotional support if I ever have any questions as well! I think she deserves a raise and she did not tell me to tell you that or anything like this :-)

  Account manager that helped sign me up was on point, clear, and knowledgeable. Reassured me about this big step I was taking. Was clear that this was debt reconciliation and not a new loan, which was exactly what I was looking for. I'm grateful this option is out there.

  The agents all made it so easy and answered all of the questions in a professional and patient manner. We have 100 percent faith in this company and we spoke with several. This is a hard decision to make, and unlike other companies in this business, we did not feel pressured in the least.
