    I went with my family to Nordic Valley, and I was humiliated in the restaurant by the employees and manager for not communicating well in English. At the restaurant, I asked: "What is it?", pointing at a pizza to find out the taste, and that was enough to become a joke among the employees! I can't communicate, but I understand English very well, everyone started laughing and making lots of jokes about it for a long time, the queue at the restaurant was long and slow, and it took a long time. They only stopped when my husband, who speaks English, intervened and asked them to stop. I went to check who the manager was to make a complaint and to my surprise, he was laughing along. I contacted the ski resort asking for my money back, and they informed me that they could only offer me a voucher, which is not feasible because I live in another state, Nordic Valley did not respond to my emails anymore, I contacted Mountain ***************** who are responsible for Nordic Valley, and I also did not get any response so far! Horrible companies in customer service. Seeing other reviews on ******* I saw that this type of service is common. Don't waste your time and money.
