    Very trustworthy, I was nervous about my first order, but everything went very smoothly! This is actually my second order, and I am so happy with it! I am glad I chose this company over all others (not saying there is anything wrong with the others)! I just did some research and overall *** was the best one!

    Id been hearing the ad regularly on the radio about this. Eventually, I got curious and looked them up online. After researching everything, I decided I would purchase one to see what it was about and to show my family. The communication about the purchasing and mailing process was fantastic. The item came as delivered without any damage. I liked that the envelope stated that if there was an issue, not to open it. The only suggestion I would make is it might be helpful to add in a brochure about how to keep the product (for those of us who are new) it would be an opportunity to provide additional information. Very impressed!

    Cannot recommend Defy The Grid enough. Was looking to get some Goldbacks for collecting and researched to find a dealer. Bunches of great feedback in Reddit and other places: so placed an order online Sunday night. I got a confirmation email that night, 2 update emails the next day and a 3rd email saying order had shipped, with the tracking info, order was at my house the following Saturday. Packaging exceeded expectations, everything was perfect, and I got the best prices I could find at the time.Defy the Grid has been a top notch seller, for items that they sell, they will be the first place I look. They sell expensive items that make you nervous to buy online, but they were truly a pleasure and a A+++ experience.

    I really like this company. I have ordered a few times from other companies before I found Defy the Grid. My most recent order was for ***************** to give as a gift. I was able to pre-order them for shipping on 15 January and received them on the 17th in perfect condition. They kept me updated with emails throughout the whole process. Their pricing is great, and so is their customer service.
