    We hired **** Natay and Natay Construction to prepare estimates to do work on our project. **** acknowledged that his team dropped the ball and thus breached the contract. He asked for a $2500 deposit to provide the estimates, which is unusual, and that the $2500 would be credited toward the future work. NONE of it took place as he didnt provide estimates and when we called him out about the delays he said it was no longer a good fit and he was not going to proceed. He then agreed to refund the $2500 due to his lack of performance on our agreement and when contacted and asked why we had not received the refund as he assured us, he said any further contact he would file a harassment suit. We would strongly suggest you think twice before hiring Natay Construction based on our miserable experience. As they say BUYER BEWARE!
