    May 22 2033 I paid 290 to jandy t***** for icy white JEHT hair extensions her own line of hair I was wanting her to put them in then I stated to notice she was acting as if did not want to the service so I went to another high end stylist she put the hair in , and the color and the service was perfect she gave me what I wanted and we went all pink , then she noticed my extensions was coming out in clumps it was breaking off at the top of the extensions it almost looked and felt like they was cut at the tops and it was even on the pieces we didn't use when I got home I noticed them. that would only occur when they are a cheaper quality extensions and I took them in to a specialist and she assured me that they was in- fact a cheaper set sold off of Amazon. Jandy does work from home so there's no real way to complain to any sort of management so hopefully this will save the next costumer time and money. I am seeking a refund and just so we are clear cheap hair extensions can also damage your real hair. And they will not last for very long And after reading the previous compliment I now know that jhet hairextensions is not good quality and I am not the one who has experienced this situation and it needs to be stopped. It's not fair to rip anyone off from thier hard earned money .

    On 8/17/22 I purchased extensions from JHET Hairline/Jandy T*****. My total was $442.74. I’ve been purchasing the same extensions from Jandy and never had an issue. My hair stylist put the extensions in on 8/29/22. She used the same high end products she’s always used.
    When I washed and dried my hair two days later, I noticed the extension hair was falling out by the handful at an alarming rate. I contacted my hair stylist asking if she’d ever had this happened as she’d purchased through Jandy as well.
    I immediately emailed Jandy and never got a reply. I called her on 9/7/22 explaining the situation. I included several pictures at the large amounts of hair coming out. When she said is hear back from her by the end of the day I never did. I again texted her later the next day for an update. She questioned as to the products my hair stylist used and again asked for more photos and video. I sent several more. This went on over the course of a week always promising she’ll take care of it. She then asked me to send her a video of me brushing the back of my hair while it was dry.
    I let her know unless I had a 3rd arm that would be impossible. Still no reply. I finally told her if it wasn’t resolved my the end of the business day I will file formal complaints with BBB and small claims. He response was I was threatening her and our business relationship is over. I never asked for anything more than a replacement for the defective product I was sent. My hair stylist also tried speaking with her, which went no where. Jandy is selling defective products and not replacing them, and putting the blame on the customers.
