    I had agreed to have them spray a Hawthorne tree that has fire blight. The companys owner came out and gave me a quote, and explained how the process would work. He said as soon as the first bloom appears to call their office and then they would put me on the schedule to do the first spraying (of two). I called their office on Sunday and left a message that the tree is starting. The office person called me this morning (Monday) and said how they do this is for me to call them after the tree has bloomed 30% then they would schedule me. I tried to explain that is not what I was told. She acted totally indifferent to what I was saying and said that is the procedure they would follow. I commented that maybe I should make some social media comments about how I am being treated. She said that the conversation is going nowhere and told me to have a good day.The owner did call me back and in speaking with him there was no understanding on his part and he said that he will give me the name of someone else that I will match up better with because he did not want my business.He did not do that.My take away on all of this is: 1 I am a senior citizen and was treated poorly and was told something different at the start.2. I was told by the office person to call them once the tree blooms 30%. I have a sick tree, how would I know if it is 30% vs 100%?The company may have some expertise but in my opinion the interaction with this senior citizen was very poor.
