      Terrible communication!!! No follow through. I spoke with the son, sent pictures and detailed instructions to obtain a bid for my parents home remodel and basement finish. He came to their home and took measurements and then I never heard back after repeated attempts. I couldn't get a return call to save my life. My brother even tried to communicate with them and was told by the owner they would send him a bid. That was over 2 weeks ago and no bid or return call. I do not recommend.
