    This business does not deliver honest services, they do not deliver the same meat back to the customer from the cow that the customer delivers to be slaughtered. They refuse the costumer from inspecting his own hanging meat and refuse to allow the customer from speaking with the **** inspector about his own beef. Hanging weight is reported by them to be less that what it should be.They steal and switch meat between customers

    I was very disappointed. I brought two steers in and had a 48% loss from the hanging weight. I have never had such losses in my life at any butcher. Either they increased my hanging weight to get more money from me or they stole 238 lbs of meat from me. ( about $2000 with of meat).I discussed this with the owner and he tried to give me 20 lbs of ground beef to appease me. I truly know that I was cheated. Do not go here unless you want to be cheated.
