      I rented a storage unit on line from Old Lincoln Storage their address is *** * *** ******* ***, Grantsville, UT 84029. The phone number is ###-###-####. Their website states (We commit to providing you a clean, ready-to-rent unit and friendly helpful employees). I rent from them a 10' X 40' X 10' unit on 03/16/2023 for $175.00. I showed up at their lot on 03/17/2023 at 1:00 P.M. with a helper to unload a truck into the shed and it was not in rentable condition. The latch on the overhead door was missing so there would be no way to lock and secure the door and also the door was jammed in away that we could not get it to open at all. Business hours for this company as want they advertise on their website are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Mon-Fri and 9 A.M. to Noon on Sat. I tried serval time Fri afternoon 03/17/2023 and Sat Morning 03/18/2023 to call and text them and no one would get back with me. I had to get the truck I was using unload and returned before an up coming storm came into Utah on 03/19/2023. I had to cancel renting the unit no one from Old Lincoln Storage would get back with me. I have been calling, texting, emailing and sending messages through their website requesting a refund and still to this date of filing this complained I have not heard a word back from them. Is there anyway you can help me with this problem?
