      How do I submit a corporate complaint? I was currently at and enrolled in *****. I relapsed because of a lot of outside family issues. I addressed it with my counselor **** who was understanding after taking it over he decided to put me on a Behavior contract and I accepted. Same day I had a doctors appointment and returned to being outvoted I guess and was told that someone from the house had told **** that I brought drugs into the house wich is a total lie. I asked how they believed another housemate over me who initiated the contact to **** myself prior could be took to such extreme. But wasnt even addressed. Being in the house I observed a lot of favoritism and very grey areas. One guy who Remains had 2 relapses in one day and both times he had walked off completely and they welcomed back with open arms jokes and celebrations. He is on a ****** from jail and cannot leave at all without courts permission. I feel extremely blackballed. Theres no consistency and they say they care about our recovery. They literally threw me out on the streets homeless to figure it out and not even so much a ride or good luck was received. Id like this to be looked at on a corporate level and will keep trying till it is address thank you

      Per BBB documentation, ********************* has given authorization for a release of information dealing with the matter concerning his discharge from the program.  Counselors familiar with this client made the decision to discharge.  In addition to ****** using illegal substances, the counselors were presented with other client's testimonies that ****** had invited a peer to participate in taking the drugs when **********************  ************************* the recovery of another client will not be tolerated.  ****** had broken two house rules that are causes for automatic discharge. He invited a peer to use which is considered as endangering a peer's recovery.  Client also brought an illegal substance into the house.  Client also denied that he had done anything wrong, despite the testimony of his peers and his positive test results. We could not put other peers in danger of retaliation from having come forward and the decision was made to discharge *********************. We could not see any other solution in this matter.
