    This company is a complete joke. I want my $3750 back. You have failed to get my amendments done properly and now you have closed your doors. You’ve changed my address to a UT address and caused more complications . This company has not held up their end of the deal. This needs to be addressed.

    We started using their services in 2021 when they promoted that we would get at least 5k in refunds or pay nothing. We ended up getting about that amount. However, the following year when we filed again with them, our refund had $1400 deducted by the IRS as not qualifying as a refund. They wouldn't answer my calls or texts regarding this issue when I pointed it out. Now they are closed and I am concerned whether they were involved in fraudulent activity. I also had other benefits promised. They have made no indication of what to do next now that they are not operating. I'm more concerned about whether we're going to get audited and yet we have nothing to back up our returns by this closed business.

    I hired family tax review to submit amendments to my 2018, 2019, and 2020 taxes. They have now taken my money, changed my address to theirs with the irs, and closed their doors.

    I had originally hired Family Tax Review to review my last 3 years tax returns and make any changes/amendment. They advertise their service that they could get at least $5000 additional in refunds after their expert CPAs review them. Fast forward to the present (Aug 2022) and I only received an additional tax refund for one of those years. The other two seem to have been denied by the IRS, However I paid their hefty full fee for 3 years of return refunds. Now they have closed up shop and will reinvent themselves as financial services. The man in charge is Brian Marc Jones as far as I can gather from my research, and he was the one who was calling and texting me to collect the full fee before releasing any refund to me. I have texted him, emailed him and also tried to contact anyone thru their facebook page and their website is gone. Highly disappointed in this service that apparently was just a fly by night operation. If by chance I do get a reply I want a partial refund for only getting 1 year refund service since service were not rendered.
