      The business is an online company called, "TesKings" that purportedly sells certain gear and equipment for Tesla automobiles. I placed my order with them for a license plate mount back on August 11th of 2024 and still no response...at all. I paid them $184.95 for the product plus overnight delivery. They sent me a conformation that the order was received and also that the product was delivered, but it actually never was. I've tried every available way to contact them, but have never been able to get through and get any response at all.

      I ordered a 200$ tesla model Y wheel cover. They did not ship the item to me in 2 months. I requested to cancel my order and they would not do it. They are not willing to refund my money. I have reported them to my credit card company.

      Purchased tesla wheel covers from this website : ********************* , they costed about $200, they took the money and never delivered the product. ordered on 03/12/2024 as of today (05/21/2024), I have not received my order (website claims 2weeks). they send sporadic emails saying the order is on its way, but never a confirmation of when, with no tracking. Emailed multiple time, no response. I sent a warning email that I will file a complaint on the consumer court if I dont receive a response, then some one emailed back saying, we can ship another order. I reply'd back asking for details, no response again. Seems like a big scam, collecting money from customers and not fullfilling the orders.

      Purchased vehicle wheel covers from Teskings off of website. Though the purchase went through, I never received an order confirmation, shipping date. Tried to contact Teskings several times through email, phone, text and never got an answer or response or even a refund on my purchase.

      I purchased some rim covers for my Model 3 Tesla after watching a YouTube video from Bearded Tesla Guy endorsing the item. I ordered the rim covers on Dec 30th and the site said I would receive them by January 4th. The day comes and goes and no rim covers so I emailed them. Even though they claim they have 24/7 support it took many days to get a response and once I determined that they were not shipping locally as the site claimed, but the item was coming from China & would take over a month I asked for a refund. The item hadn’t shipped yet, but they refused to give me a refund & said once I get it to mail it back and then i would get a refund.

      Over a month past and I obtain the covers that I was going to just keep to prevent the hassle, but they dont even fit my car (yes I ordered the correct size for the correct model) They just dont fit smh

      I’ve been emailing them for a month now trying to confirm the address to mail the covers back to so I can get a refund, but now they won’t respond. When I share my experience on the bearded Tesla guy channel (since i shared the fact I ordered them originally in the comments & he liked my comment and responded to me “nice”!) he argues with me and deletes my comments bc I’m sharing my REAL experience with Teskings.

      I guess they think if they ignore me and make it so difficult I will just go away. No, I will not.

      I just want to share my experience for others so you dont have to deal with the headache. Also be careful ordering things Youtubers recommend and look for indicators it’s a reputable company outside of the YouTuber who is being paid to promote and their comment section.

      I am rejecting this response because:there is no response. I laid out a complete complaint with details of the issue and screenshots. The businesses response is unrelated to my complaint and appears to be making a mockery of the severity of this issue. I would like a full refund per my original complaint.
