      Spoke to **** with evolution drafting in regards to a drafting project at our property at *** ****** ****. in Sacramento, California. The project was toget it legalized from code enforcement drawing out plans for the ADU. That’s already there in the backyard of our home and a garage conversion. They sent out a third-party person. They gave information to our renters that we were trying to turn our garage into an ADU Trevor the personthat came out didn’t even have instructions to draw out plans for the ADU in the backyard. **** was calling 4 to 5 times a day in regards get paid prior to that happening. We paid the $935. Then she calls back the day before the project was supposed to start that we needed to do a DocuSign that we were never informedof in the first place with a **** our renters were very upset because nobody told them that the drafters were going to be taking pictures their personal items in their home their pictures all of that also the drafter informed them that we were going to be converting as I saidthe garage into an ADU, which was not true and was never spoke of with ****h once they came out we didn’t hear anything from them. I got an emailfrom a Jackie. The prince that they sent look like a five-year-old child did it there was no electrical anything that we asked for when spoke to ****h and was very specific on the details that we needed for code enforcement for Sacramento was not followed through. We tried to reach out to **** numerous times via text via email calling. Nobody answered. It was over a month before we heard backfrom them which our permit had already expired so now we can get fined through Sacramento county finally spoke to ******* which she transferred us to They promised it was gonna get done and said that they cannot refund us. We have reach out to **** no answer. We This point don’t trust him. I feel like it’s a scam and would like to be reimbursed because they’re just actions are not like a normal business.

      Has not got back to didn't write Florida Building codes O have called text and email no respond souls not have to follow up on draft person needs to be stamped by an engineer with Florida licence and needs to write a letter of responsibility for structure and other things like product approval form needs to be filled out for a permit
