This company has scammed dozens of consumers, including me on January 15th 2023.
They go by several names 1.) excel4health.com 2.) Yates North 3.) Premium Gifts Fit
Wen you type in 2 of their sites your anti-virus software alerts you of a SCAM.
They use a drop ship address in Cottonwood Heights, Utah which is an Executive Suite. Every call to them is answered by someone with a deep accent as if from India, or ??. Several others (Dozens or more) have been scammed too. They sell buy one get one free for $49.99 and then bill many of us $139.98 to $199.98. When you call to complain they say a Credit is issued and it is your Bank's fault nothing shows up.
[email protected] or ###-###-#### If you enter the excel4health website you can see in the links associated with this so-called company dozens of various fraud type complaints.

According to my bank statement, a $119.85 transaction took place on Jan 2, 2023, and the money was taken out of my account on Jan 3rd, 2023. I called my credit union on Jan. 5, 2023 and told them not to pay it because I didn't order the product. They informed me that the $119.85 had already been paid and to call the phone number ###-###-#### of the business and tell them to reverse the charges so I wouldn't need to surrender my brand new debit/credit card. I called the company and asked them to put the money back into my account. I was told by the person on the other end of the phone that the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. I checked my account again a week later to find out that the money had not been put back. I called the company again and was told that they authorized it and I should have it within a day or two. It is now Jan 20th so I called the company again today when I discovered the money has still not been repaid. I asked for a supervisor and was told by the guy who answered that he could help me. I ended the conversation when he told me that the money had been repaid. I was sitting in front of the computer screen looking at my bank statement while talking to him. I ended the conversation after I told him I was filing a complaint with you and with my state attorney general's office. I am 74 years old and can not afford someone stealing $119.85 from me. By the way, the debit/credit card they used was brand new and I had only received it in the mail several days earlier. I hadn't even used it yet!
