    Hello,
    My son **** *** was offered a spot on the Sparta 2012 2nd premier team.
    After about 3 weeks of practices, the team had a scrimmage game against the Sparta 2013 team (a year younger) which we were able to attend.
    During that game we realized we were completely misled and lied to!
    We spoke with coach Aaron and explained our frustration from being misled and lied about the situation.
    Coach Aaron agreed with everything we said and added that this team is not a good fit for my son, will hold his development as a young player and that he will do whatever he can to help us get **** released from the team and joining a different club.
    Coach Aaron also texted me that day that he's very sorry with this situation and that his intention was never to lie and once most players left the club he should have told us that immediately but he was worried about other things.
    We filed a transfer request with the above information to the league commissioner which was approved based on the fact we were misled and lied to.
    Unfortunately we already paid a total amount to the team $515 which the club refuse to refund us.
    We would like your help in get this refund paid back to us.

    To Whom it May Concern:

    Sparta United SC has a policy that states that there are no refunds given once a player registers on the UYSA registration system.  **** *** agreed to this policy and signed electronically when he registered his son.  See attached the signed policy.  We cancelled the remaining payments in the payment plan.  According to our policy, we could have required for him to pay in full, but we cancelled them.  

    ****s son was offered the second teams spot after tryouts.  He transferred to a team that plays in the same division as the Sparta team is on (See attached). His son transferred to the Cottonwood FC B12 Red TN team.  Both teams, and all U11 teams are in a no score no ranking league.  Both teams are in the same league placed by each clubs DOCs.   ****'s son is not developed enough to play on our Premier 2012 team.  With hard work and commitment there was opportunity for his son to move up.  

    Aaron never lied to his son.  His son in not a premier level player at this time.  Sparta has select level teams with great coaches. They work hard to develop players to the next level. 

    We wish the best for Ayal at his new club, but we will not refund any fees that have already paid.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Attached please find the offer letter from the Sparta Coach. The offer specifically says "Premier team". 

    The club indeed lied to us by saying they will play at a premier league. It is possible they realized this team doesn't fit a premier league and decided to drop to another league. See attached teamsnap alert from the coach re: tournament level.

    The fact my son is currently playing in a non premier league is due to the fact that CFC team was the only team with a spot for him. Premier teams usually close their roster early and does not accept more players after the cutoff date.

    We still expect a full refund of $500 for the facts we mentioned above
