    I call this company to get my 2010 VW Jetta detailed/cleaned. I was called the morning of the appointment day (Friday **** 30th, 2023. They were to come to my home to perform the work. I was told they could not make the appointment. I emailed the company that morning to tell them I no longer wanted their service - no reply to my email. I called **************** either that day or the next day and was told that my credit card would be credited back. I received my **************** statement for **** and on 06/23/2023 a charge of $298.56 was on my statement. After (5) calls to **************** at - ************ I was told repeatedly that credit would be issued I would receive and email of the credit. The last call with "****" he said 5 to 10 business days. Today is the 10th business and no credit is on file to issued and their customer service can not direct me anyone above them to talk to or email to get this issue resolved.Thank you for your help,***************************

    I apologize for the poor experience and the frustration this has caused you.  Sadly I have only discovered with in the last week the credit card processor was not honoring my refund requests.  The are also not letting me process transactions on that account. The first line of action is to create a dispute with your bank or credit card company.  I will also send you an email directly so you can keep me updated on the status of receiving your refund that way.
