    Order #***** Ordered on June 13th 2024 Amount Paid $127.92 Product One Piece TCG: Four Emperors Booster Box OP09 Pre Order from website gamegridslc.com The product was released on December 13th 2024. Tried numerous time to contact from website, emailed [email protected], and called number for store front with no answer. Tried reaching out through their social media accounts and now are closed or blocked. Cannot get a hold of anyone from the business. Google searches now are showing other releases were never shipped out. Tried to do a charge back but was pas the time frame and was told to contact the local law authorities. All I'm looking for is a response from the business or the franchise owner on when I will receive the item or provide a refund.

    Myself and many others online have preordered products from this business that were supposed to be delivered in November and December of 2024 and have not yet received the product. This might be acceptable if the were to communicate before or after receiving complaints about this delay. The company has been banning customers on their official Discord server when asked about the products that they are not sending or refunding. They will not reply to emails or answer phone calls and have shut down relevant communication channels such as their Facebook account. I have tried to seek a full refund, but my bank will not dispute the charge due to it being longer than 60 days after the transaction. Because this company deals largely in preorders, they are able to continuously take orders and not ship the products while being able to keep the money from customers. I personally have two orders totaling near $500, and I know there are many others in similar situations or out far more money than I am. I believe there needs to be formal action taken against this business to make things right for the customers that they are blatantly scamming while continuing to take more orders. They created a tracking number for one of my orders in early November, but it has remained in Pre-Shipment since then.

    On the 31st of July I placed a preorder totaling $281.95. The order number is 17314. The products ordered were 2 booster boxes and 2 elite trainer boxes for the new pokemon card set called Lost Origin. These products had a release date of September 9th. On their website it states that all products will be shipped within 2 weeks of the release date. As of the 26th of September, the tracking number provided still states that the label had been printed but that they have not received the package yet. After I was given the tracking number I waited about 10 days before I sent 2 emails on the 22nd asking what was going on with the order. I also sent a few messages through their online help center and as of the 26th I have not received any reply back. I have also reached out to their social media pages but have also not gotten a reply. This is mostly frustrating to me because they have live streams of them opening up cases of these products but I have heard other grumblings that they have done the same thing to others.
