    My wife, daughter and 2 month old grandbaby visited ***** and ******** last October. Owners ***** and ***** introduced us to his male dogs with strict instruction not to try to pet them. Pan came out first, he was fixated on his ball, not social at all. We were reminded again not to try to pet him. Shadow came out next, he had a very aggressive temperament staring aggressively at my daughter and granddaughter, prompting Owner ***** to say to my daughter, glad he is focused on you he is usually focused on me. She said she doesnt deal with the older male dogs she only deals with the puppies. Regrettably, we signed a contract and put down a deposit for future litter. Weeks later we were told Pan and *** II were to be our litter in May. We told ***** we were concerned about our granddaughters safety and wanted to talk to the owners of Pans puppies about his temperament. Several requests were made to ***** requesting names of owners who own puppies from Pan; however, he refused to provide names making unacceptable excuses. We were trying to mitigate our concern over Pans aggression. We had serious concern over our baby granddaughters safety around Pans offspring. Considering totality of circumstances, we felt it was an unsafe environment for my granddaughter; thus, during our April 14 phone conversation I cancelled my purchase and asked ***** to return ****** deposit which HE AGREED TO DO. He requested my Venmo which he was given; however, the deposit was never returned as PROMISED. We have called, emailed, and texted numerous times after ***** broke our VERBAL CONTRACT; however, he has failed to respond. One of his numbers goes right to voicemail and the other has a full mailbox. If you purchase a dog from ***** beware of his business practices and be very aware of the temperament his males, he is selling puppies from shadow currently. It should also be noted there is another past review on ****** by "JH" that talks about the temperament of ******* male dogs.

    This individual signed and agreed upon a non refundable deposit contract for a puppy. After responding to his all of his questions, concerns and questions. He later decided to that he needed his reservation deposit back. His claims are false, defamatory and inaccurate.
