In July of 2023, (exact date unknown at this time), Freedom One Exteriors started to work on front porch to replace/repair. The porch landing had several cracks, which caused water leakage and damage to basement & walls. Mr. C**** started to work on the porch and steps indicating options due to the foundation being old, as well as electrical wiring being intertwined in the rebar under porch slab. He said he could resurface the porch landing with concrete. During the time he was working on the porch I asked for a invoice explaining what he would do and the cost. I did not get the invoice until after the porch was completed with everything listed. He did not resurface the top landing with concrete; but put another liquid on top then a sealant. A few days after the project was completed, there was a heavy rainfall, and I could see all the cracks. (I did take pictures of the porch landing after the rain when the porch was wet and pictures when the porch was dry.) On the invoice he gave a 25 year warranty; but this is not going to last even a year.)

I also asked Mr. C**** to put a metal railing on the porch that my brother had made. He said he could put bolts down into the concrete to hold it in place. One of the bolts (less than 1/2 inch long) came out after a heavy rainfall. The bolts where glued into the the concrete and part of the railing that held it onto the concrete porch was also glued. Picture has been taken.

To protect the front porch I bought a retractable awning, and Mr. C**** offered to put it up. I asked for an invoice and he did provide one. He came Saturday, July 22 to put it up. I gave him a down payment of $500. The material on the awning is backward, with the tag facing upward, and the metal frame on crooked on the house frame. I have taken pictures as well.

I have attempted contacted Mr. C**** (sent pictures via text), and I am not heard back from Mr. C****.
