    I Ordered a VW front axel beam from DUBFAB March 1st 2024. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery.
    Now 12 weeks have past. I have called and emailed but no call back or emails.
    $3,800.00 I am not happy.

    After chatting via the phone about a product I wanted to purchase, I sent the owner Michael A******* of dubfab via Venmo as that’s what he told me he only accepted $1695 on may 12th. He advised me that he would put together the disc break get and shipped out. On may 22nd I reached out to see if I could get tracking via Instagram, I was left on read. I tried to reach out via phone as well with no luck. I tried agin on June 9th, June 16th, and June 17th as well with no luck. My car builder finally got in touch with him which he told him that he was waiting on parts. On June 22nd he messaged my builder a picture of the complete kit I ordered telling him he’s packing it up to ship. On July 31st the shipment arrived but was not opened due to the builder not ready to work on my build. When the package was opened on august 2nd, there were parts missing. The builder reached out to dubfab multiple times with no luck. When dubfab was finally reached, dubfab told my builder he knew why he was calling and that he was still waiting on parts. Periodically my builder would reach out and again, no luck. Till this day, I’ve only been able to chat with him when he took my payment.

    I placed an order to a VW Bus part on approximately March 29th, 2022 for the price of $504.04 after tax. After 3 to 4 months I had not received any word on the part or its progress. I left voicemails/emails and no one ever responded. Finally, in desperation, I wrote a negative google review and ultimately received a call in response. I was offered a refund, but was promised I would receive the parts if I left the order active. I choose to trust the seller that they were just backed up with work and I would eventually receive the parts I ordered. It is now almost a year since then and I still have no parts. I have recently attempted email, calling, voicemail, and writing another negative google review. I have still not received any response from the seller.

    Original product order was February 28th, 2022. He kept pushing delivery date back. I finally asked to cancel order and for a refund July 11, 2022. Will not refund money. 4805.00 is balance.

    I've had to get an attorney to send him a demand letter w/ no response. Trying to avoid an all out lawsuit.
