      It's like dating. You don't know the truth about someone till things go wrong. If nothing goes wrong, then it's a wonderful life. But it's when things aren't perfect that you see their true colors and how they really treat their customers. The first warning should've been the hidden charges. They advertised our selected package as $349, and then ended up charging us $455. Though they later refunded us $34 after I pointed out the that they charged $379 (plus everything else) instead of the listed $349. The other expenses were a $30 gas surcharge, a charge for safety gear rental and cleaning, and then finally taxes. They draw you in with a lower price deceitfully.Then they have you agree to a $1500 hold on your card for damages. They explained to us what to do and not do to avoid stuff like a broken belt, rolling, or getting stuck. We followed all of these carefully. They didn't tell us till after that it's common for tires to be damaged periodically due to rocks on the trails, which of course happened to us. We ended up with a damaged back tire that required replacement.First the tire was over 50% worn, so I assumed when they said they'd take the tire condition into consideration before charging me that any charge would be prorated based on the life of the tire. Instead they charged me $385. $305 for a new tire, $60 to install, and the rest taxes. That is outrageous price gauging. I arguing against it multiple times. They don't care. They have a signed agreement saying they can do it. So they profited on our misfortune and got a brand new tire.The damaged tire was a $170 SunF tire. They tire they charged me for is $305 from the Polaris website. It's like replacing a highly used ***** with a brand new **** Life of the tire was not factored, then charged for something way more costly, and overcharged to change the tire! I offered to buy the tire myself and they said no. I would not trust then again with my money. Stained our family trip.

      This company is dishonest. I would recommend going elsewhere. They are setting up their customers so that they can hit them with a fraudulent charge afterwards. I didn't think much of taking my own proof before photos; I trusted them. Big mistake. Read the reviews, it's happening to many of their customers. They accused me of damaging a Ski Doo on the back end but neglected to show me a photo showing the damage. Fortunately I took a before photo as we left the dock. The damage was there as well as the crack on the front end that they didn't bother to use the insurance money to fix it. This is definitely a CYA company. Hard pass for any future business. I think we should all file a class action fraudulent suit against ***************************** The techs are young and have no scruples or morals.
