    Never received ants. Almost a month after order and a week and a half after they said they shipped. I suspect fraud

    I bought my son an ant farm and Firstly I've never even received an order confirmation so I contacted business a week ago asking for an update but only received an automated response about the wait time being from 1-3 weeks due to volume and here we are 3 weeks later and still no response whatsoever. I have not received the shipment, a refund, actual human communication, nothing. I would like to have my order resolved.

    I purchased an ant habitat for my daughter from Amazon. The enclosed information about ordering ants directed me to Ants Alive with Life Studies LLC. I ordered them on Dec. 28. I reached out to them on January 11 via email. I informed them I hadnt received my ants. I received a form letter stating it is currently 2-3 weeks for deliveries. They state if it had been 2 weeks reply with order details for further information. I replied that it was two weeks that day, again giving my order details. They replied that they had been shipped and would arrive in the next few days. I waited another week and reached out, again via email. I received the same form response. I replied that it he now been three weeks, no answer from them. Ive googled their phone numbers and left voicemails, no answers or responses. Ive messaged their ******** page, also no response. They guarantee packages or money back on their info. What can I do?

    We had sent the original shipment on 12/27/03 which ***** never received, possibly because it didn't include an apartment number.  We have sent a new shipment today with full address hoping it will arrive there in good shape.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  ********************* -  Life Studies LLC

    I am rejecting this response because: at this point I am requesting a refund. They say its an issue with me not including my apartment information, that is incorrect as it is included in the billing info and that couldnt be processed if it werent. I gave them several weeks to respond, then went far out of my way to communicate with them, via multiple platforms and methods of communication, all going ignored. Their website states their refund policy and this appropriately qualifies. 
     I dont believe I will ever receive the ants given how far I had to go to receive any information from the company.
