***** replaced my propane refrigerator with a conventional refrigerator several months ago. At first, the install seemed to go well, until I looked at the refrigerator in my space and saw huge dents in the upper right hand corner. He also charged me an addiitonal $500 for a forklift I didn't know was not included in the price. Both days he was at our place, he didn't show up on time. Then during our travels the refrigerator pulled out of the wall and almost fell over. When we reached out to him, he asked where we were, I assumed he'd find a ***** to help us out but we never heard from him again. I paid another $350 to have it secured for good. In addition, in order to do the exchange, the dining light and window needed to be removed. The light pulled out of the ceiling and damaged my dining table. I would not recommend his services.

We truly apologize for your experience as you indicated above. We always strive to provide the best customer service we can and again, we apologize that things fell short. We would like the chance to offer an explanation: With regard to the dents in the door, this was identified prior to the job closing and on the second day of install, this had already been accepted as a warranty item and replaced by the manufacturer. With regard to the forklift, the charges were $224.93, not $500, and this was discussed with you prior to the job being started as a forklift is necessary to properly install a residential fridge in your particular fifth wheel design. We did not charge anything extra to you for hauling the forklift to/from the site. With regard to the fridge pulling out of the wall during your travels, I am unsure as to what happened here to cause the failure but we guarantee our work and when I spoke with your husband on the phone to discuss everything, he indicated you were in AZ, which is not a reasonable distance for us to come and fix it, and when we offered to coordinate someone to fix it, he indicated he would be fixing it on his own and we would be covering the cost of the repairs, which we agreed to. We never heard from you again after that conversation. With regard to the repairs, they cost $300 even per the invoice, not $350, and you have been fully reimbursed for these repairs, after we reached out to you for the opportunity to reimburse you, because again, you have not contacted us at all as agreed upon to arrange for repairs or reimbursement. With regard to the dining room light, the screws were stripped prior to us removing it for the fridge install and we reinstalled it into the crossbars to ensure it would not fall. You have not sent any pictures of the lamp falling, nor have we heard anything from you about damage to your table or rig since the install. If this continues to be an issue, please reach out directly and we will be happy to repair or reimburse. With regard to my not showing up on time, I do apologize. We are a family run business and sometimes things happen beyond my control that necessitate flexibility in my schedule. I was in communication with you the entire time and endeavored to provide the best service I possibly could. We have attempted to satisfy our shortcomings on this particular job as best we can. We wish you the best in your travels and if there is anything else we can do, please reach out to us directly so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
