    Advanced Cascade Water Systems INC., and Mr Lorin H*** has REPEATEDLY entered our community ignoring the PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO SOLICITATION Violators may be Prosecuted signs at every entrance. My experience begins in 2019, leaders repeatedly asked Mr H*** to not enter explaining his trespass is not allowed unless invited by a customer. Regardless if he once in the past made a sale at the home. Claims that he "is not soliciting, he has a “business or solicitor license" or he "has a right to check on HIS EQUIPMENT". This community adamant disapproval is when he enters our private property, cruises door to door, looking for folk outside or open garages, name dropping, quite incorrectly labeled happy customers, ignoring responses of “you are not supposed to be in our community”, or “you need the approval of the HOA to be in the community”. Our community counts on the HOA to uphold the accepted community standards and our members are 100% behind the Private Property, NO SOLICITING rules we all must abide by. This absolute shameful predatory practice must not be allowed and must be stopped in ALL posted communities. These specific and disturbing predatory practices from Mr H**** have been on the HOA Radar continually since 2019. Most recently, the afternoon of Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, I personally saw Mr H**** white car precariously stopped adjacent a VERY BUSY CORNER in the northbound side road along side a truck trailer and an (of course) open garage, not only making driving off of a busy Riverside Drive even more dangerous but if he had been entering or exiting his vehicle, he almost certainly would have been hit.. Mr Lorin H*** is EXACTLY why our HOA continually tries to be diligent when addressing such violators. Why would anyone do business with a business owner who defies such simple rules as NO SOLICITING and uses such predatory tactics is especially disturbing within our senior community.
