    I put a $123,000 down payment on a home that supposedly came offline in October. I have been provided 2 delivery dates which have come and gone with no home. I’m unable to get any sort of answer on when the home will be delivered/installed.

    I see other responses here that direct people to Reid. But as far as I can tell, Reid is the problem. For a “construction manager” he doesn’t seem to manage anything.

    I would like a legitimate answer on when this project will be finished. I’m beginning to feel like I’m the victim of a scam.

    Purchased mobile home from Factory Home Outlet. Have filed several warranty issues in April that have yet to be resolved. Customer has quit responding to my requests. Siding on house is two different colors. Outside water spigots were covered up with skirting and made unaccusable which has resulted in grass, trees and shrubs unable to have water all summer and have died. The roof was inspected by a professional roofer and failed inspection. Shingles coming off and nails exposed. Siding and seam joints installed incorrectly. Bathroom shower leaking.

    We purchased a home from Factory Homes in Hyde park Utah May 2021. The home was delivered September 15/21 to our property in Manila Utah.
    Our complaint is Factory Home's outlet (FHO) refuses to make repairs caused by there contractor Jace Y**** who waited several months to finish his support piers under the house that are the main support system for the home. There reasoning is that "the house must have settled and we don't make repairs inside if cracks developed".
    The time line for installation is usually as fallow's,
    Home set and exterior finish work and Pier supports are installed to stabilize the home, at this point not all of the piers and supports were installed nor were they adjusted properly some were not even touching the beams and were laying on there side, contractor said it would be done next week!!
    Champion Homes (home builder from Weiser Idaho) hired a finish contractor (Doyle) to do repairs and finish work inside, he was finished with most of the work October 21st and released due to poor workmanship.
    Champion Homes sent there own factory man (Mike) out around Nov. 18th 2021 to repair a drain pipe and to re finish what Doyle did poorly.
    It was at this point Mike (Champion Homes) discovered that the piers were still laying on there sides and not adjusted. I immediately contacted Factory Home and Jace Y****, His work was competed at the end of January 2022.
    When we returned to hour home on February 4th 2022 we had multiple large cracks in center seam of ceiling and on corners of doors and window's through out the house, did not have any problems through out the house from the end of November to the end of December. It wasn't until the piers were adjusted and set in place that everything changed, they should have been adjusted prior to finish work being done, it was on Factory Homes to see that is was completed prior to finish work.
    I have contacted Reid and Ernie several times and have text and email documentation.
    I am tired of the run around.
