      I have most of my furniture from here and since they moved locations in salt lake they have a different manager and she is very rude and a liar. I was aware I was late on a payment and have no problem paying a late fee. I explained and she said she cant do another late payment this was my first time getting a late payment. I told them its fine my rent is more important that they can come get the furniture. Then proceeds to text me and tell me they can hold it for 30 days for if I still want the furniture, I didnt get a chance to answer as soon as the furniture went back she text me and told me that I was banned from every store, because there was f**** on the couch, which is a lie, because I have a camera pointed to my couch And the location where she said it was that couldnt be possible because its against my wall the whole time and theres no f**** all over my. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely I have almost all of my furniture from this company and Ive never been treated like this. She threatened me and said she was going to send the whole entirety of the amount to collections and said she sent me pictures and she did not and she said she sent them twice and as soon as I said, please email them to me because I did not receive them in text. She threatened me with a lawyer And said goodbye. My sister is rented from them in the past her couch went back, extremely ruined, and they never charged her anything my couch is brand new I only had it for maybe three months maybe not even that two months I dont know, but the first couch they brought me they said it got cleaned And as soon as I sat on it, it was sticky and gross and had stains all over it and was not soft. The couch was supposed to feel so I asked him to bring me a different couch. They brought me a different one and now theyre saying that the couch that they took back is not sellable, which I wasnt even able to respond to , the 30 day hold instead I just get threatened.
