    I ordered Roping Box Pads by phone on 10-13-21. I used by Credit Card and received a receipt by text (copy attached). The following correspondence was made by Texts, E-mail or Messenger by me or my wife: On 11-17-21 they said they had a hangup on getting foam but would get some soon and then ship them. Still didn't get them by December 13. I cancelled order Dec. 15th. Gave them order date, On Dec. 20th they said order was ready and they could ship if we still wanted it. Dec. 21- told them no, just cancel order. Dec. 23-they said would with 25% reduction of cost or could ship after Holidays. I said to cancel. Dec. 24-they said they are willing to cancel order and give us a full refund by cashiers check by mail. Gave them my address. Jan 17 they said they would refund. Jan 18- they said they could still ship them. Told them no, just send CC. Apr 4-asked about refund as still hadn't received it. Apr 19- Asked about refund and he responded "Sorry I have been back and forth traveling. I see that my office manager did not get that done, it will happen this week. Apr 20- He said he was traveling but would be home on Friday and take care of it. May 10- Said mailed refund but was returned due to our address, so I sent address again. May 23- Told them still waiting. May 24- Asked if they were ever going to take care of it. May 25-Still waiting, no answer from them. May 26- He said "It will get handled, our bank account was compromised 2 weeks ago for a sizeable sum, we are working with the bank and Life Lock to get things turned around, it is a grueling process. I have no intention of beating you out of your money. May 26-Told them to call me. Also asked on Messenger if they were a "real business" and he responded June 9 "yes we are, in do time". No correspondence has been made since then but today, Aug 27, 2022, I will be sending a message by text and messenger to ask again about the refund.
