    I purchased online 2 containers of floor mastic remover and paid for it with a credit card. The seller charged my card but sent no product. After 8 days I inquired, the seller said back-ordered with no delivery date. I requested a refund. The sell had some story about their system being down and could not issue a refund and said they could send me a check or I could go to my bank to get a refund. I have emailed the seller and got no further response from them and the phones go unanswered or I leave a voice mail and no call back from them. I want my money back in the full amount of $219.54

    The customer ordered the product and it was on back-order. I offered to give him a refund through the website. I went to process the refund and they changed our website so that I cannot do a refund through the website anymore. So I suggested that he go through his bank to request they reverse the charge. He then came back and said he wanted to have me write him a check. I then contracted COVID and could not work. I have now sent him a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the refund check as of today's date. Seller initially suggested that he would do a refund but then came back and said that their system was down and that he could either write me a check or have me go to my bank to seek a charge reversal. My bank is not agreeing with them reversing the charge. I need the seller to do what he said he would do and get a refund to me in the form of a valid check that will clear my bank.
