      No internet service for 4 days. Every day the call center claims a tech will contact me within 24 hours to schedule a time to come fix my internet. The tech never calls. Need internet for work and kids school work.

      We cannot get through to a manager and have had zero help getting answers about services we pay for. The internet is not staying connecting and surging in and out and Connor get assistance or a technician to assist. We have tried now for Days with gas lighting and stringing us along as someone will call us or transfers us to no one. We have no other options for internet providers in our area and they are taking adbantage of this. We are not able to work from home with having services connected but not functioning. Every customers service agent has literally put us off and no one has returned any type of information or requested help.

      March 7, 2024, contacted Allwest Communications for internet, television services.
      Line and box were installed at residence prior to purchase. Allwest telephone answering employees have insisted construction and line had to be installed and I have been charged for installation.
      Allwest telephone answering employees are NOT correct. I have called, submitted emails and asked for supervisor to contact me. As of the writing of this complaint, no one has called me or tried to resolve the issue.

      I have consulted with Anthony K********, who's one of the managers for AllWest communications. Although he has tried to help, he hasn't helped to his fullest ability, and I'm still upset about my relationship with this business.

      At first, I was misinformed by my bankruptcy attorney that AllWest would be terminated after filing bankruptcy October 13, 2023. But due to their rules, I'm still in a contract until July 31st 2024. This has not only put me more in hardship, but is putting my family in stress as well.

      In addition, I was lured before this time that I would get "fast internet" when I moved to Kamas August 1, 2023. By the time I signed the contract a little before I moved on that date, and the contractors installed my internet at the new apartment, I realized shortly after that my internet was slow for my needs. I was sincerely upset and fooled by their deception to promise such service.

      In ADDITION to this issue and AllWest surviving my chapter 7 bankruptcy last October, I have been doing everything I could to pay this and honor this contract, as much as I vehemently disagreed due to my massive hardship. They also screwed up my billing 4-5 times, and I have recordings of all of my conversations with them and the manager about this.

      This has caused tremendous frustration on my end and my family. I would like to see if I could somehow get out of the contract due to my exception of my hardship, and/or some workaround so that my financial burdens are relieved with them in some way before July 31, 2024. If worst comes to worst I will have to find a way to pay them until that date. But I will give them a "star" for their attempts to correct the issue and providing me some internet, which is better than no internet. But I do not recommend them for anyone due to miscommunication and deception.

      I signed up for internet service from All West when I moved to Wyoming in October 2022. I relocated to Michigan in January. All West has cancelled my service as requested but continues to charge me for monthly service fees for service they are not providing or rendering. They are a fraudulent company that is taking advantage of consumers and charging for services they are NOT providing. Disgusted company with disgusting practices. They say they want $532 to settle the account but they are not owed those charges as they are NOT providing the service any longer. Please intervene and help hold them accountable for doing the right thing.

      Today November 29th 2022 I contacted Allwest to cancel service due to us having to relocated for work due to health issues for my disabled veteran husband and allwest doesnt service the area we are moving and so we cant relocate the services. They said I would have to pay the remaining amount of the contract and breach it even though they can not service us at the location we are moving to. They said that unless he is deploying or the service person has died they will not let us out of the contract. We have been loyal customers for years to them never missing a payment and they said that doesnt matter. They wont come out to fix the issues with the service or ***** the cable they left when moving to our home in July. They said they will have to charge us to come take care of anything. They are very rude on the phone and when I explained the situation and that it was not a planned move and we would keep the service if they could transfer it to our new location out of state we would stay with them but they do not service the area we are moving.
