      My experience with them has been fantastic. Communication has always been fast and thorough. I completed three courses with no issues.

      Horrible service!! I wish I could give them “0” stars!!! I got misinformation from them from previous staff members and from emails that went back and forth between yesterday and today. I called them today and spoke with David, who is supposedly a manager. He was absolutely horrible!! He didn’t listen to me at all, but rather he made several assumptions, had zero empathy, was just flat out rude and unprofessional and condescending!! And, to top it off, he hung up on me. Unfortunately, I was unable to solve my problem and have to lol at a completely different solution, which won’t involve them. Think twice before working with these folks.

      Just finished their bookkeeping course and it was very informative. I feel a lot more competent and it fills in the blanks from my college accounting course. I am taking a bunch of their other courses to be well rounded. They also have very polite and responsive customer service.
