    If I could could leave negative stars I would. One star because I had to leave a star rating. They were average on price and turn times, absolutely terrible at communication and customer service. ***************** tore down the old fence, removed it and poured the new posts in the same day. I told them to leave one section of the old fence. There was about a 4' gap along the other fence line that I wanted to make sure was secured as we had chickens and the neighbors behind us have large dogs. They left without a word. The neighbor's dogs from entered my yard and killing our entire flock, and my son found the aftermath. Also, one of the Rainbird heads I just replaced was gone, the sprinkler line cut clean. Another rainbird was broken, and leaking.I called the sales rep, left a voice mail. No call back. Sent an email, no response. Two days before response. I was promised completion within a week, but took two. He could nothing except direct me to the owner, who was out of town so couldn't be reached. A different sales rep emailed that they don't cover sprinklers and that that was in the contract. Which I never received the as they dealt with my neighbor directly. That rep never responded to that email.Owner finally called back a week later, said he didn't get any communication, "out of town". He looked at the fence after installation to see what he could to do. The fence was installed 3"above grade, cap missing, one crooked. All this in addition to the killing of my chickens and sprinkler issues because of the negligence/incompetence.When he finally came out, but the apology was glib. He admitted the fence/caps and that he'll have these fixed and "come up with something" to remedy the chicken situation and sprinkler situation.No one ever came out. Never got back to me, and no response from that point. Stay away from this company. They do not care about quality, and care even less about customers.
