    I took on a free trial with Sisu. When my free trial was nearing the end, my account representative asked if I would like to extend my free trial because I was unsure if the software was really going to suit the needs of my business. I agreed to this. However, on the day my initial trail period was to end the company charged my credit card $1,497.00. I explained the details numerous times to numerous people and they have yet to come up with a solution to fix this issue.

    I contacted Sisu.co to inquire about their software. I had a meeting on May 24th. The salesman, Jason Alvardo, pressured me into supplying a credit card number for a free trial. He insisted that if I canceled within 7 days, that I would get a full refund. I canceled on the 7th day, May 31, but then noticed a charge to my credit card on June 3rd. I contacted Sisu and they said that I was too late to cancel and refused a refund, even though I canceled in 7 days.
