      My sixteen year old niece works for this company. In the beginning they were paying her properly through a pay company.
      Then they told her they were “ transitioning payroll companies” and they would need to pay her through Apple Pay or Venmo for a little while unless she is okay with that permanently.
      I told her absolutely not. She is sixteen years old and she will not be an independent employer if she even understands that.
      She stated she let them know. Here we are and they are still doing it.

      I purchased a stone to be made into a medallion in June of 2022.delivery was to be 2 weeks. In late august i called the shop and they said they were sorry but would send my item in 3 days. In late November i finally received the item. It was nothing like the agreed upon design. I contacted the shop and sent a screen shot of the receipt to show what i received was not correct. They said i could ship it to them and they would refund me my money. That is what i did. After the shop having the item for over a week i contacted them to find out when they would be refunding me my money. They now say they will not refund my money as the piece was custom. I asked them to read the texts we had sent back and forth but they told me to not contact them any longer. I have left more texts and voice mails to have them contact me but they refuse any interaction with me.
      I am happy to provide all texts so it is very clear they are in the wrong but refuse to refund me my money when they are the ones who made the mistake and initially they were taking responsibility but for some unknown reason have changed their minds. This has been an ongoing situation for 6 months now when delivery was supposed to be 2 weeks.
